The
Leader:
 

·        
AGREED that the Council will enter into a revised
contract with UK Power Networks (UKPN) for the delivery of the AGR
Project, noting that significant changes to the regulatory
environment have removed the market failure which originally
required intervention by the Council.

·        
APPROVED the use of HIF-funded capital budget of
£3,203,170 within the Capital Programme to progress the
Council contractual delivery requirements.

·        
AGREED to delegate authority to the Corporate
Director, Planning, Growth & Sustainability, to sign the
contract variation.
