The Leader:
 
a.          
APPROVED the making of the Traffic Regulation Order
(TRO) for the scheme outlined in this report.

 
b.          
AGREED that responders to the Statutory Consultation
be informed of the Decision
 
c.          
AGREED that the TRO be made as advertised during the
statutory consultation subject to following amendments in relation
to “The Buckinghamshire Council (Prohibition of Waiting,
Loading and Stopping) and (On-street Parking Places) Order
2021:
 
School
Road, Tylers Green
 
1)     
Proposed double yellow lines (no waiting at any
time) outside the property known as Pitlundie near to its property line with number 3
Fair View is withdrawn from the scheme.

 
2)     
The proposed double yellow lines (no waiting at any
time) opposite the school keep clear marking be reduced to single
yellow lines Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm (No
waiting Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm)
