Purpose

The installation of an electrical connection
between a new data centre in Slough and an existing electrical
substation at Iver Heath. Part of the route crosses Mansfield Farm
in Iver between Denham Road and Slough Road for which an easement
is required

The Deputy Leader and Cabinet
Member for Health and Wellbeing (on behalf of the Leader) AGREED
to:
 
authorise the Director for
Property and Assets in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Accessible Housing and Resources on behalf of the Council to enter
a legal easement in line with the heads of terms attached to the
report that would allow high voltage cables to be installed and
utilised within Council owned agricultural land at Iver
