Recommendations:
 
The
Leader notes the outcome of the statutory public consultation and
agrees to implement the Traffic Regulation Orders as set out in
this report;
 
The
Leader delegates authority to the Head of Highways to approve the
detailed design following public feedback and to authorise the
making of the Traffic Regulation Orders as set out in this
report.
