NOTED
the outcome of the statutory public consultation and agreed to
implement the Traffic Regulation Orders as set out in this
report;
 
AGREED to delegate authority to the Head of Highways to approve
the detailed design following public feedback and to authorise the
making of the Traffic Regulation Orders as set out in this
report.
