It is recommended
that:
 
a.                 
The Leader approves the making of the Traffic
Regulation Order (TRO) for the scheme outlined in the Missenden
Parking Review 2023

and the updates in this report (recommendations section
c.).

 
b.                
That responders to the Statutory Consultation be
informed of the Decision.

 
c.                 
The TRO be made as advertised during the statutory
consultation subject to following amendments in relation to
“The Buckinghamshire Council (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading
and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) Order 2021:
 
Withdraw all proposed restrictions on Honor Road and Orchard
Lane in Prestwood (labelled in red on
page 2 of this report, leaving just the existing restrictions
labelled in blue).

at any time (Double Yellow lines)

Unrestricted parking spaces
