The application is ACCEPTED and a definitive
map modification order be made to modify the Definitive Map and
Statement by showing the routes as Public Footpaths on the grounds
that evidence has been discovered which (when considered with all
other available evidence) shows that a public right of way on foot
subsists or is reasonably alleged to subsist over the
route.
