The Cabinet of Bury Council approved the Simister Bowlee Development Framework Supplementary Planning Document on 30 June 2026. The decision approved the revised SPD as the final version to be adopted and published. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director (Place) to make minor editorial amendments.
