Bury Council and partners are currently in the
process of developing and piloting the Family Hub Model in Bury.
This is part of the Government’s focus to support authorities
to develop Family Hubs and provide services to children and young
people aged 0-19 or 25 with SEND, parents, carers and
families.

The development of Family Hub’s is one of the priorities of
The Children’s Partnership and the Council, as it is key
enabler to being able to deliver the Children and Young
People’s Plan, Bury Early Help Strategy, the Let’s Do
It 2030 Strategy and support the borough’s Public Service
Reform ambitions.
