1.         Approve
the implementation of the proposed structural changes to the
education division, following collective consultation, as set out
within the body of this report.
 
2.         Approve
payment of the redundancy costs of £463k as set out above
through the flexible use of capital receipts in line with the
strategy approved at Budget Council.
