In November 2022 the Market Sustainability and
Improvement Fund (MSIF) was announced as part of the autumn
statement. The primary purpose of the fund was to support Local
Authorities to make improvements to adult social care services in
their area, with specific focus on building capacity and improving
market sustainability.
