The purpose of this report is to seek
permission to go out to tender for the provision of an Early
Intervention & Rehabilitation service for adults with loss of
vision or vision impairment, for the period 1st April 2025 to 31st
March 2028, with an option to extend for a further 12-month
period.

The contract value is currently £75,949.20 and will change to
£85,000 per annum. Total value over 4 years is
£340,000.
