It was moved by Councillor Bellenger,                                               
Seconded by Councillor White,   This
Council asks Cabinet to reverse the decision to permanently close
Elland Recycling Centre and make provision for its continued
operation in the Medium Term Financial Plan to be discussed and
agreed later this year.       An
amendment was moved by Councillor Patient,                                               
Seconded by Councillor Swift MBE,   The
Council notes the contents of the petition.   After being put to the vote the amendment was
