Decision

It was moved by
Councillor Patient, Seconded by Councillor
Dacre, and   RESOLVED
that:   (a)        the referendum
result of 6 March 2025, Appendix 4 of the report, where 79% of
those voting voted in favour of the Todmorden Neighbourhood Plan,
which is above the required 50%, be noted;   (b)        the Todmorden
Neighbourhood Plan presented at Appendix 1 of the report be
approved so that it continues to have effect as part of the
statutory Development Plan for the Borough;   (c)        the
accompanying Todmorden Neighbourhood Plan Policies Map Appendix 2
of the report, be published; and   (d)        the Director
of Regeneration and Strategy be authorised to issue and publicise a
Decision Statement identified at Appendix 3 of the report.   Councillor Timbers
commented on the recommendation.
