Decision

(A) MEETING TIMETABLE 2026/27                                    It
was moved by Councillor Rivron,                                  Seconded
by Councillor Bellenger   that
the recommendations of Governance and Business Committee contained in Minute
Number 19, be approved.   RESOLVED that:   (a)      
the meeting
timetable for the 2026/2027 municipal year be approved, as set out on the
following page;   (b)      
the Budget
Council meeting in 2027 be held on Monday, 22 February 2027; and   (c)       
the Annual
Council meeting in 2027 be held on Wednesday, 19 May 2027 commencing at 12pm.     (B) REVIEW OF PETITIONS SCHEME                                    It
was moved by Councillor Rivron,                                  Seconded
by Councillor Bellenger   that
the recommendations of Governance and Business Committee contained in Minute
Number 20, (part (a) only) be approved.   RESOLVED that that the amendments to the Petitions Scheme
attached at Appendix A be approved.   (C) FLAG FLYING PROTOCOL                                    It
was moved by Councillor Rivron,                                  Seconded
by Councillor Bellenger   that
the recommendations of Governance and Business Committee contained in Minute
Number 21, (part (c) only) be approved.   RESOLVED
that the Flag Flying Protocol be
approved.
