It was moved by Councillor Patient,                                               
Seconded by Councillor Cairney, and   RESOLVED that:   (a)      the ongoing consultation on the Active Travel
proposals in North Halifax be noted; and   (b)      Officers be requested to take account of the issues
raised in the petition together with other comments and views in
developing the next stage of the proposals.
