(A)   Appointment of Deputy Chair for the
2023/24 Municipal Year   It was moved by Councillor
Hutchinson, Seconded by
Councillor Kirton,   That the recommendation of the Planning
Committee contained in Minute Number 3 be approved.   RESOLVED
that it be recommended to the Council that Councillor Clarke be
appointed as Deputy Chair of this Committee for the 2023/2024
Municipal Year.
