Appointment of the Deputy Chair for the 2023/2024 Municipal
Year  
It was moved by Councillor Whittaker, and
Seconded by Councillor Leigh MBE
  That the
recommendation of the Audit Committee contained in Minute Number 3
be approved.   RESOLVED
that it be recommended to the Council that Councillor Bellenger be
appointed as Deputy Chair of this Committee for the 2023-2024
Municipal Year.   (B)   2022/23 Audit Committee Draft Annual
Report  
It was moved by Councillor Whittaker, and
Seconded by Councillor Leigh MBE,
  That the
recommendation of the Audit Committee contained in Minute Number 5
(Part (b) only) be approved.   RESOLVED
that the 2022-23 Audit Committee Annual Report be submitted to
Council in July 2023.
