Decision

Seconded by Councillor Hawkaluk,

RESOLVED that:

(a)          the amendments to the 2026/27 Council meeting schedule as set out as follows, be approved:

•            Council Meeting currently scheduled for 10th February 2027 to be rescheduled to 20th January 2027.

•            Budget Council Meeting currently scheduled for 22nd February 2027 to be rescheduled to 1st March 2027.

•            Additional Council Meeting to be scheduled on 17th March 2027 (Outside Pre-Election Period).

(b)          the Democratic Services Manager be authorised, in consultation with the relevant Committee Chairs, to reschedule any Committee meetings that clash with the revised Council meeting dates.
