Decision

(A)    ADVERTISING AND SPONSORSHIP POLICY

 It was moved by Councillor Pringle,

 Seconded by Councillor Patient

that the recommendations of Governance and Business Committee contained in Minute Number 10, be approved.

RESOLVED that

(a)          Option Three within the report be approved as the preferred approach for the use of Council advertising space, enabling the Council to support income-generating services and deliver its strategic priorities while securing commercial advertising income in accordance with the Advertising and Sponsorship Policy; and

(b)          the Advertising and Sponsorship Policy attached to the report be adopted.
