1. The Operators Licence fee, for those firms
that Licence more than 20 cars with the Council be temporarily
capped – until March 2026 – at £1327.60 for a
2-year licence and £3319 for a 5-year licence
2. That the fee to be charged to 24/7 and to
Uber for its recent application for a 5-year Operators licence be
reduced to £3319
3. That a refund of £1,160.10 be made to
Whitstable Cars for the fee that it paid in February 2025 for a
2-year Operator's Licence.
