PART A:  
 
a. that the proposed annual Property Disposal
Programme be agreed, and as such:  
i) that the Head
of Property and Regeneration be authorised to advertise the assets
identified as surplus assets, in accordance with the
Local Government Transparency Code 2015.  
ii) that the Head of Property and
Regeneration, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Property
and IT, be authorised to dispose of the assets through the
most advantageous route, with the terms of each disposal
to be agreed as outlined in the constitution.  
iii) to authorise the Head of Legal Services
to enter any legal documentation necessary to complete the
transactions.  
 
b. that the assets recommended for disposal in
confidential Appendix 3 form the disposal programme for
2026/27. 
 
PART B:  
a. That the Head of Property and Regeneration,
in consultation with the Director of Finance and Procurement (S151
Officer) and Cabinet Member for Property & IT, be authorised to
negotiate, in principle, the terms for the disposal for the
property listed in PART B of the Property & Disposal Programme.
This authority includes the appointment of professional advisers
to assist with valuation and negotiation as required,
with any final terms and recommendations to
be submitted to Cabinet for approval in a future
report.
