It was agreed:
i) that the Annual
Governance Statement 2024/25 be formally approved (Appendix 1)
ii) that the Statement of Accounts 2024/25 be
formally approved (Appendix 2)
iii) that the Chair of the Committee formally
sign the 2024/25 accounts; and
iv) that the Letter of Representation
(Appendix 4) on behalf of the Council be approved.
v) that the Auditors’ Annual Report be
noted (Appendix 5)
vi) that delegation is provided to the
Director of Finance & Procurement to make any further minor
changes that do not substantially change the 2024/25 Statement of
Accounts which is not already in the Audit Findings Report
