The Licensing Sub Committee (Alcohol and Gambling) is responsible for making decisions on applications and matters related to the Licensing Act 2003, which covers alcohol sales, regulated entertainment, and late-night refreshment, as well as the Gambling Act 2005. This sub-committee meets only when specific applications require it, with three appointed members deciding on each case. These members are selected from the broader Licensing Committee.
