To review the charges for the hire of meeting
rooms within the Municipal Office from 1st April 2025 to 31st March
2026 to the following scale of charges:
Interview Room - £ 6.50 per hour (currently £
6.00)
Small Meeting Room [1] - £ 8.50 per hour (currently £
8.00)
Large Meeting Room [2 ]- £13.50 per hour (currently
£12.50)
Council Chamber - by negotiation dependent upon specific
requirements
[1] Meeting rooms less than 40m², including Cambray and
Sherbourne
[2] Meeting rooms over 40m², including Pittville and
Montpellier but excluding the Council Chamber
