To accept Homes England Grant Funding and to
enter into contract with Speller Metcalfe Living Ltd for the
construction of 24 affordable homes at 320 Swindon Road,
Cheltenham.  To progress the JCT Design
and Build (2016) contract documentation, which includes schedule of
amendments, employer’s requirements, collateral warranties
etc for the construction of the
homes.
