To amend the lease for the installation of EV
charging points at St James Street Car Park to reduce the number of
300KW ultra-rapid charging bays by four and replace with 50KW
charging bays.

Reasons for the decision

To provide a mix of charging options for
users, including longer dwell time options.

To ensure the viability of the EV charging infrastructure and
long-term sustainability.
