make the following nominations to outside bodies:

 

Councillor Iain Dobie to Sandford Parks Lido

Councillor Martin Horwood to Friends of Leckhampton Hill (FOLK)

Reasons for the decision

Following his appointment as Cabinet Member, Councillor Paul Baker
stepped down from his role on Sandford Parks Lido and FOLK.

According to the Council’s constitution, persons may be
nominated/appointed by the Leader if there is a consensus amongst
the Group Leaders. Group Leaders were consulted on 16 June
2025.

Group Leaders have confirmed their agreement to the
nominations.
 

Alternative options considered

To not nominate. This was rejected as Councillor representation is
required on these bodies.
