Interim and Executive Ltd for the purposes of engaging
agency staff.

Reasons for the decision

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Council
is required to appoint interim cover for a statutory
position to ensure compliance with legal requirements. A Direct
Award has been made as a
special case, permitted under the Procurement Act 2023
