To appoint an Employer’s Agent, Quantity
Surveyor and Project Manager, for RIBA Stages 0 - 7 via a direct
call-off permissible through the NHS SBS Construction Consultancy 2
Framework, in respect of the potential development of the former
Monkscroft Primary School site. As it is a public Framework, CBC
can access this.
