To award a contract for the
delivery and management of the Cheltenham Christmas ice rink to S3K
Limited company for £280,000 (year one with the option to
extend for up to two further years).  If
the contract is to be extended, this will be subject to a further
Cabinet Member decision at that time (expected January
2024).

Reasons for the decision

The company has submitted a
response to the invitation to tender. 
They were on of six responses and scored the highest.
 
We have received two positive
responses to our request for references and a financial check by
both the procurement team and chief accountant at CBC has
identified no issues to prevent the decision.

Not to award the
contract.
