Following the Full Council approval of the HRA
capital budget for 2024/25 – 2027/28 on 23 February 2024, to
appoint ILECS to carry out Lift consultancy Services to undertake
specification and contract administration duties for the lift
replacements within Sheltered Accommodation Blocks and General
Needs blocks for a fixed term period of 5 years.
