Having consulted with the Leader of the
Council, the Cabinet Member for Finance and Assets, the Chief
Executive and the Monitoring Officer in accordance with the Council
decision dated 15th October 2012:

To approve:
1. The governance and membership arrangements for the
Gloucestershire Business Rates Pool for 2025/26 as outlined in this
report and
2. The variation to the Gloucestershire Business Rates Pool
governance document(s) to give effect to such arrangements for
2025/26.
