Required for a financial decision linked to
the delivery of a new 3G pitch at Whiteland's Farm Sports Ground.
By signing up to the Football Foundation Funding Agreement
(accessing then 75% of the overall project cost) there would be
feasibility costs payable back to the Football Foundation should,
(in certain circumstances) the Council not progress with the
project
