To fill the Liberal Democrat vacancy that remains on the Planning Committee, following the resignation of Dorothy Walker earlier this Municipal Year.

(1)        That, having been notified by the Leader of the Liberal Democrat group, Councillor Dr Faltermeyer be appointed to the Liberal Democrat vacancy on the Planning Committee with immediate effect.

Reasons for the decision

Councillor Dr Faltermeyer has received the relevant mandatory training required to sit as a member of the Planning Committee.
