(1)
That the Parish of Heyford Park be designated as a Neighbourhood
Area.
(2)
That it be determined that the Neighbourhood Area should not be
designated as a business area under Section 61(H) of the Town and
Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
(3)
That the existing designated Mid Cherwell Neighbourhood Area
boundary be amended to exclude Heyford Park parish, as shown in the
map in the Annex to the Minutes (as set out in the Minute
Book).
