Purpose

The Economy and Growth Committee at its
meeting on 26 January 2024 delegated authority to the Executive
Director Place to carry out the necessary work to progress the
Handforth Garden Village scheme in
advance of further decisions.

Content

To enter a SCAPE 3 NEC4 (Option C) Design and
Build contract with Balfour Beatty for the Garden Village
Handforth Initial Preparation and
Infrastructure works,  committing only to up to completion of the
Preliminary design.
