Purpose

A tranche of projects were awarded UKSPF funding in February 2024.
 
As projects are being delivered, there are
some where costs have been agreed at less than the amount of UKSPF
awarded to the project.
 
To avoid being unable to utilise the full
UKSPF allocation, authority is sought to reallocate identified
underspend to alternative projects.
 
The projects with identified underspend and
the proposed reallocations are set out in Appendix A.
 
It will be necessary to modify the approved
Investment plan to correspond and details are set out in Appendix
B.
