Purpose

 

Appointment of Inner Circle
Consulting as the council’s transformation partner for Phase
2 (implementation).
 
Inner Circle Consulting were
appointed as the council’s delivery partner for Phase 1 as
part of the competitive procurement process that was undertaken. To
ensure a seamless transition to Phase 2, continuity and pace, the
contract with Inner Circle requires extending so that they can
continue to act as the council’s transformation
partner.
 
The current contract has expired
requiring urgent action to extend the arrangements with Inner
Circle for Phase 2 delivery which has commenced.
