Committee, at its meeting on 12 March 2024,  delegated authority to the Director of Growth and
Enterprise to award the contracts for Housing Related Support
Contracts.

Content

To offer contracts to deliver Housing Related
Support as follows:
•         Lot 2:
Rough sleeping Prevention Service, North - No award
•         Lot 3:
Rough Sleeping Prevention Service, South - Awarded
 
The contract will operate from 1 April 2025 to
31 March 2029 with the possibility of two further years
extensions.
