Purpose

Council at is meeting on 22 June 2022, when
considering the Item -, Supplementary Capital and Revenue
Estimates, resolved to delegate authority to the Executive Director
– Place to approve Supplementary Capital and Revenue
Estimates up to the value of the Towns Fund grant award, and
further delegates authority to incur expenditure in line with the
conditions of the Fund.

Content

To award a contract to Ringway Jacobs Ltd of
up to £2.2m for the construction and delivery of Mill Street
Corridor project, Crewe (Phase 2a) through the existing term
Highway Services framework as fully funded by the MHCLG Towns Fund.
This contract award complies with the terms of the Towns Fund
grant.
