Purpose

For safety
purposes to be carried out by Cheshire East Highways
it is necessary to restrict the speed limit on
Bakestonedale Road, Pott Shrigley for
the full extent.

Content

Being satisfied that traffic
should be restricted to facilitate works, to give public notice of
and make a temporary 30mph speed limit order under s14 of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling
powers to restrict traffic on Bakestonedale Road, Pott Shrigley for the full
extent for a period of 18 months or until the works have been
completed, whichever is the sooner.
