Purpose

Being satisfied that traffic
and cyclists should be prohibited to facilitate works, to give
public notice of and make a temporary road closure order under s14
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other
enabling powers to prohibit traffic and cyclists on the below
mentioned roads within Cheshire East for a period of 18 months or
until the works have been completed, whichever is the
sooner.
