Purpose

To enter into an Agreement with
ASDA Stores in respect of Fairview Car Park, Alsager in which
Company pays an annual fee to Cheshire East Council for the short
stay area of car park to become a ‘free of charge”
area. 
This agreement is in lieu of
parking revenues and other costs incurred by Cheshire East Council
whilst retaining the free car park. 
 
The Agreement does not convey
any responsibilities to ASDA for control or ownership of the car
park.
