Purpose

The Council is currently progressing workstreams on
the Garden Village including the Preliminary Design of the Initial
Preparation and Infrastructure Works.
 
The company appointed will be required to assist the
Council in ensuring the outcomes of this work are fit for purpose
and to ensure the Council obtains value for money.
 
It is intended that this work
will be funded through the Housing Infrastructure Fund from Homes
England.

Content

To commission a
company to provide two further packages of work:

ongoing project management of the initial
preparation and infrastructure works (IPIW).

·      
specialist quantity surveying and valuation
support.
