Purpose

To make a temporary road
closure order in relation to the below mentioned roads under
section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 to close streets and
suspend parking bays listed in the Schedule to the order to enable
the Middlewich Live 2025 to take place on Saturday 30th

Junction of Hightown to the Junction of Queen

the following
parking bays will be suspended between
09:00 –
22:00 Saturday 30th August 2025
