Purpose

The Corporate Policy Committee, at is meeting
on 11 July 2023, considered a report on the Crewe Business
Improvement District and the committee’s resolution at 4a
allows the decision taker to authorise updates to
the legal agreements to facilitate the BID, in this case the Crewe
BID Baseline Service Statement.

the Crewe Business Improvement District Baseline Service Agreement,
between Cheshire East Borough Council and Crewe BID Company Limited
be updated,
and the agreement be re-signed and re-issued as
