Purpose

Following Councillor feedback at the 2 October
2025 CPC meeting on the proposed Violence and Aggression Health and
Safety Policy, members of the CPC committee were asked to provide
any further feedback or amendments to an updated policy. No further
amends were received, and the Chair and Vice Chair of the
Committee, and the Interim Director of Law and Governance
(Monitoring Officer) were all asked to approve the policy as a
final version to be adopted.
 
These approvals were provided to the Head of
Audit Risk and Assurance.
