To approve the award of contracts for the provision of BSIP Enhanced Bus Services following completion of a competitive tender exercise.

Decision

To approve the award of contracts for the provision of BSIP Enhanced Bus Services following completion of a competitive tender exercise undertaken through the Council's Passenger Transport Services Dynamic Purchasing System.

The tender exercise has been completed and evaluated in accordance with the published award criteria. The suppliers in Appendix A have been identified as offering the most economically advantageous tenders, delivering the required service outcomes and value for money.

The contracts will be funded through the Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) and will support the continuation and expansion of local bus network enhancements across Cheshire East.
