Purpose

To enter into a Final Settlement agreement as per the terms appended to the Exempt Appendix 1 and to pay all associated and reasonable professional fees required to document the agreement.

To enter into a Deed of rectification to ensure that access to the retained land is legally maintained; required as part of the settlement agreement.
